Working Principle

A typical omnidirectional laboratory ball mill integrates four grinding stations on a single rotating platform. As the disc turns, each milling jar rotates around its own axis while simultaneously revolving 360 degrees around the central axis of the disc. Inside the jars, grinding balls move at high velocity to effectively pulverize and homogenize the samples. The equipment supports both dry and wet processing methods, accommodating a diverse range of materials and initial particle sizes.
